If necessary, we can help you with maintenance and repairs quickly and easily thanks to our extensive range of services.

Form for returns and repairs

Do you need to return something to JULABO? If so, please follow the steps specified on the return form. This allows us to ensure smooth and fast processing of all returns and repairs. We offer an on-site service in specific countries. However, some repairs can only be carried out in a service center qualified by JULABO. If you need any repairs, simply contact us to find the best possible service procedure for you.

Service instructions

Would you like to repair a device yourself or do you need to replace spare parts on your device? We gladly send you service instructions free of charge. Please enter all existing serial numbers into the form, and you will immediately receive a PDF file with the corresponding instructions for your device.

On-site service

Do you use JULABO temperature control systems and want to avoid a prolonged downtime of the devices in the operating process? To save you valuable time and unnecessary effort packing and shipping the equipment, we offer convenient on-site service for maintenance, leak testing, and repairs. Minimize any downtime by having our expert technicians come directly to the device at your company location.

Easy BlackBox - remote diagnosis software

Our free JULABO Easy BlackBox remote diagnosis software is available for JULABO temperature control instruments that do not have a USB interface. Use the button below to download the software so that we can provide you with quick and easy assistance in the event of a service case. Simply save the read-out data in a file and e-mail it to our Technical Service.

IQ/OQ documentation for equipment qualification

To assist you in qualifying your devices, we can provide complete IQ/OQ documentation for most JULABO temperature control instruments. The documents contain detailed test protocols with all the necessary test steps to ensure the proper installation and initial operation as well as the performance of the device at your site.


Documentation is available for IQ (Installation Qualification) and OQ (Operation Qualification). The offered documentation is divided into four product groups and applies in conjunction with a new temperature control instrument order. Documentation for older devices is available on request. The documentation is available in German, English, and French.
