Form for returns and repairs
Do you need to return something to JULABO? If so, please follow the steps specified on the return form. This allows us to ensure smooth and fast processing of all returns and repairs. We offer an on-site service in specific countries. However, some repairs can only be carried out in a service center qualified by JULABO. If you need any repairs, simply contact us to find the best possible service procedure for you.

JULABO units are designed for continuous operation and high reliability. Nevertheless, it can occur that a component is damaged or fails. For these cases, we have a comprehensive stock of spare parts available for you at all times.
To reduce downtime and as a special service, we can dispatch many critical parts within a maximum of 24 hours. For orders before 10am, the goods will even be dispatched on the same day.
