Customer requirement:
The JULABO customer requires a FLW11006 in a special version. He wants to extend the temperature to +95 °C and have a 10 kW heating system installed. The influence of the temperature on certain basic materials is to be tested.
JULABO solution:
JULABO manufactured a FlexiRack with a flow control system as a stand-alone variant. The discharge is controlled by a 2-way valve with an integrated PID controller. The controller evaluates the volume flow with the help of a flowmeter and its analog interface. The valve adjusts the desired flow rate.
