Immediately after your order, our experienced customer support team makes sure that you receive your tailor-made temperature control solution as soon as possible. We configure your device for local requirements and take care of all transport-related issues. If required, our service experts also take over the initial operation directly on site.
We usually send you an order confirmation within one to two days after order placement. It contains all information necessary for you as well as the delivery status. We have many JULABO standard products in stock and can ship them immediately. If your device is not in stock, we produce it especially for you in our modern production halls as soon as the order has been received. After passing the quality inspection, our logistics partners deliver the product directly to the desired location.
