Discontinuation of the fusionchef by Julabo product line
After more than fifteen successful years, we have decided to discontinue our professional sous vide cookers from the fusionchef by Julabo product line in 2025. Instead, the premium brand JULABO will focus on its core competence in the laboratory, research and industry sectors.
In order to ensure the satisfaction of our valued gastronomy customers, we will of course continue to offer the usual support and service for the fusionchef by Julabo devices. Long-term availability of spare parts is guaranteed until at least 2032.
Of course, our service team is always available to answer any questions you may have.
fusionchef repair service
Some repairs can only be carried out at our service center in Seelbach. In this case, simply send in your sous vide cooker. After professional maintenance or repair, you will receive it back as quickly as possible. To ensure a smooth and fast processing, please follow the specified steps in the return authorization form (RMA).

Warranty
For the proper functioning of our devices, fusionchef by Julabo provides a warranty, provided that they are connected and handled correctly in accordance with the guidelines set out in the operating instructions. The warranty period is two years. In the event of a claim, the warranty is limited, at our discretion, to repair or free servicing. Defective parts will be repaired or replaced free of charge, provided that it can be proven that the malfunction or defect is due to material or manufacturing faults.
