With the 1 PLUS warranty, JULABO offers an extension to the standard warranty of up to 24 months, limited to a maximum of 10,000 working hours.
To claim the additional warranty, you must register on our website within four weeks of the initial operation of your device. To register, you only need the serial number on the type plate of your device. The extended warranty applies to your product immediately after a successful registration. Based on the serial number, you can also inquire about the current warranty status of a registered device.
The 1 PLUS warranty is valid for all models from the current JULABO range of instruments. The warranty applies from the date of JULABO GmbH’s original invoice.
