JULABO Opens Its Own Branch in the Swiss High-Tech Market

The global manufacturer of high-precision temperature control instruments from southern Germany opened a new branch in neighboring Switzerland in October 2024. With this strategic decision, JULABO will further improve regional support for customers and partners in order to optimally support them in the implementation of their projects.

The establishment of JULABO Switzerland not only expands the geographical portfolio of the family-owned company JULABO, but also our commitment to innovative solutions and first-class service. Swiss partners such as dealers or distributors, but also end customers, will now benefit from a direct local contact who understands the specific needs of the industry and provides customized solutions.

Local expertise for better customer service

The opening of the new branch is part of JULABO's long-term strategy to further expand its presence in major markets. "Switzerland is known worldwide for its highly developed industry and innovative strength," explains Markus Juchheim, CEO of JULABO. "We will intensify cooperation with our existing sales partners and thus be able to offer discerning Swiss customers even better advice and more service in addition to precise, hassle-free products."

Matthieu Ribaut, the new Area Sales Manager responsible, will actively drive forward the development and expansion of the branch in the dynamic Swiss market with active support from the company headquarters in Seelbach. "Matthieu Ribaut brings many years of industry experience and ideal language skills for the region," adds Mark Bitterwolf, Managing Director Sales and Marketing at JULABO. "I am absolutely certain that he will enable us to further strengthen our relationships with our important Swiss partners and also acquire new customers."
