Reliable operation through regular maintenance

Our goal is to ensure that you can work successfully with your JULABO equipment over the long term. Regular maintenance helps to extend the service life of your equipment, supports consistently high performance and avoids unnecessary downtime. At the same time, wear, irregularities and potential faults can be identified and rectified at an early stage.

What does JULABO maintenance include?

As part of the maintenance, our service technicians check the general condition as well as all functions and components relevant to the respective device. The exact scope depends on the device type and configuration.

Maintenance includes, among other things:

• Visual inspection of the unit, electrical connections, cables, hoses, interfaces and sockets

• Functional cleaning of relevant technical components, for example the electronics, condenser or installed filters

• Checking the temperature control, control behavior and temperature stability

• Temperature measurement and, if required, readjustment of the temperature sensor

• Checking important safety devices, for example the overtemperature cut-off, level switch and fuses

• Checking the heater and pump, including relevant measurements

• Checking the refrigeration components and cooling performance

• Checking for corrosion, moisture ingress, unusual operating noises and other irregularities

• Checking hoses and hose connections for cracks, brittleness and secure fitting

• Assessing the condition of the bath or temperature control fluid used

• Performing available firmware updates

Minor repair work is included as part of the maintenance. If additional repairs or spare parts are required, we will provide you with our clear recommendation. The work will only be carried out after consultation with you and separate authorization. Any necessary replacement of the bath or temperature control fluid will also be coordinated with you.

Transparent documentation

After completion of the maintenance, you will receive a complete maintenance report. It documents the checks carried out, the results obtained, any irregularities identified and, where applicable, recommended further measures. This provides you with a transparent overview of the condition of your equipment.

Regular maintenance – without additional planning effort

With a maintenance agreement, you no longer need to take care of the regular scheduling of your maintenance yourself. We support you in keeping the reliable operation of your JULABO equipment in view over the long term – for greater planning certainty and peace of mind in daily use.

In addition to maintenance at our Repair Center in Seelbach, we also offer on-site service within Germany. An additional travel charge applies to this service.
