Modern immersion coolers with natural refrigerant for rapid cool-down of fluids

JULABO immersion coolers are mainly used for counter-cooling in conjunction with heating circulators or for rapid cooling of fluids to low temperatures. The modern IC Series works with natural, climate-friendly refrigerants.

The IC50E immersion cooler with temperature control and a Pt100 sensor enables precise temperature control with a temperature stability of ±0.5 K. Models with the “E” suffix feature an OLED touchscreen display with setpoint input, ensuring accurate and hassle-free temperature control. In addition, the IC50E was developed with a strong focus on user-friendliness. Many helpful features, such as an autostart function and a tool-free removable venting grid, simplify daily work. The angled OLED touchscreen is easy to read and ergonomically designed for operation. Thanks to the intuitive menu navigation, all functions are simple and quickly accessible. Warnings and messages in easy-to-understand plain text ensure safe operation of the unit at all times. The magnetic probe holder allows for flexible and stable attachment of the Pt100 sensor to magnetic surfaces, ensuring hassle-free positioning across a variety of applications.

The specification of the working temperature range above the ambient temperature corresponds to the maximum permissible temperature in the application for which the immersion cooler is approved. The lowest temperature of the working temperature range corresponds to the minimum temperature that the probe reaches at its surface.
