Immediately after your order, our experienced customer support team makes sure that you receive your tailor-made temperature control solution as soon as possible. We configure your device for local requirements and take care of all transport-related issues. If required, our service experts also take over the initial operation directly on site.
We usually send you an order confirmation within one to two days after order placement. It contains all information necessary for you as well as the delivery status. We have many JULABO standard products in stock and can ship them immediately. If your device is not in stock, we produce it especially for you in our modern production halls as soon as the order has been received. After passing the quality inspection, our logistics partners deliver the product directly to the desired location.

Leak test
Environmental protection and climate neutrality are increasingly important. Like JULABO, more and more companies are choosing to act in an environmentally responsible manner. Regulations such as the F-Gas Regulation of the European Union are also dedicated to the goal of improving environmental protection. With professional leak tests, we make our contribution to recognizing and preventing potential CO² emissions.
Please contact us if you have any questions or need a professional leak test. The JULABO specialists are of course provided with the necessary proof of expertise for checking and documentation. The check can be carried out in our repair center or directly and easily on site at your premises.

1 Plus warranty
With the 1 PLUS warranty, JULABO offers an extension to the standard warranty of up to 24 months, limited to a maximum of 10,000 working hours.
To claim the additional warranty, you must register on our website within four weeks of the initial operation of your device. To register, you only need the serial number on the type plate of your device. The extended warranty applies to your product immediately after successful registration. Based on the serial number, you can also inquire about the current warranty status of a registered device.
The 1 PLUS warranty is valid for all models from the current JULABO range of products. The warranty applies from the date of JULABO GmbH’s original invoice.
Service training
Many JULABO products are technically sophisticated devices with extensive functionality for a wide variety of application scenarios. To fully exploit the potential of the devices, we offer extensive training at the training center in Seelbach (Southern Germany) or directly at your location. All training is individually tailored and conducted by our service professionals so that both beginners and experienced “JULABO professionals” can benefit equally.
