Easy BlackBox - remote diagnosis software

Software for online remote diagnosis of JULABO circulators with an RS232 interface. Easy BlackBox reads out important data needed by JULABO customer service. Data is saved in a file that can be emailed to service@julabo.com. This greatly reduces the amount of time that our support technicians need to resolve problems.
